BLM Needles Visitor Study BLM Needles Visitor Study To address the information needs of managers, ASU, with input from the BLM Needles office will develop a focus group script that addresses visitor demographics, experiences and behavior, and concerns. This data will support management planning, budgeting, and informed decision making. The BLM will provide a venue for the focus group meetings. ASU will be responsible for conducting about 6-8 focus group meetings, entering and coding data, conducting analyses, and writing a final report.i
