Using Credit History Data to Understand the Role of Debt in the Reproduction of Racial Inequality Using Credit History Data to Understand the Role of Debt in the Reproduction of Racial Inequality I plan to use the SLLI primary datasets to examine racial disparities in student borrowing and its long-term consequences for racial wealth inequality, with a focus on the role of enrollment at for-profit colleges and universities as a potential mediator of these disparities.
