title = "Adaptive digital correction for dual quantization σ-δ modulators",
abstract = "Oversampled δ-σ A/D converters have been applied in many signal processing applications. Among these, cascade and dual-quantizer modulator [1-] have been applied to minimize the quantization noise. The primary disadvantage of the dual-quantizer and cascade modulators is that they rely on the precise cancellation of the analog and digital signals. However, due to the capacitor mismatches and finite op-amp gain, the analog components are not ideal which causes large signal-to-noise ratio degradation in the system. This paper describes a digital adaptive a correction and estimation method to estimate the nonidealities of the analog components for the dual-quantization and MASH modulators.",
