N1 - Funding Information: We have demonstrated an all-fiber optical parametric oscillator based on birefringent phase matching in a PM phosphosilicate fiber. The laser system produces two useful wavelengths, 930 nm and 1230 nm. The overall conversion efficiency of the system is about 10% at this point. In the future, this can be further improved by optimizing the main ytterbium amplifier’s performance in terms of the spectral broadening due to self-phase modulation and the length of the parametric gain fiber.
