Abstract
An accredited B.S. program in optical sciences and engineering in existence at the University of Arizona was transformed into a new B.S. ABET accreditation has been successfully sought for this transfoming program. The B.S. in optical engineering (BSOE) was formed by replacing about eight courses in the B.S electrical engineering (BSEE) with new required optical engineering courses. The curriculum for the new BSOSE program program are concern with upgradation of course syllabi and to develop web based matrices.
