N1 - Funding Information: A program evaluation was conducted to study the implementation and impact of the program. Findings showed that students benefitted from a number of program supports, and a large majority earned a STEM baccalaureate degree. This current inquiry emerges from that evaluation and is aimed at a deeper understanding of the experiences and outcomes of STEM transfer students who were provided programmatic and curricular supports. Capturing student experiences from their own perspective may further contribute to the understanding of what programmatic supports STEM transfer students need to become integrated into STEM majors. The research question was: How do the programmatic and curricular supports provided by a scholarship and support program affect STEM student transfer experiences and outcomes?
