Feasibility of using the profile analysis technique in a state rehabilitation agency

The results indicate that rehabilitation personnel were satisfied that the PAT provided useful information, was a helpful evaluation index, and was a useful caseload management tool. They were not satisfied that it adequately reflected counseling performance. Rehabilitation personnel also preferred the PAT in all the above areas to the existing '26' case closure system. They also indicated that additional factors were needed to make the PAT more useful. This study does demonstrate that the PAT is a feasible rehabilitation outcome method to incorporate within the State of Colorado Rehabilitation Agency, but with adaptations and used as a supplement to existing information.
