Abstract
We hypothesize and find that leader creative behavior promotes employee harmonious passion when the leader is humble; when leaders are not humble, their creative behaviors can decrease employee harmonious passion. Moreover, employees who occupy brokerage positions in organizational advice networks are better able to convert their harmonious passion into creativity.
