title = "Lattice Light-Sheet with Two-Color Incoherent Holography",
abstract = "We introduce two-color incoherent holography lattice light-sheet system with a detection module that scans an extended FOV of 208x208 μm2, to provide quantitative monitoring of cellular dynamics in live tissue.",

note = "Funding Information: We demonstrated IHLLS-2L imaging in two colors, 488 nm and 561 nm. Simultaneous excitation and faster detection of multiple fluorescent molecules using multiple wavelengths, will enable high temporal resolution of the spatial relationships between cellular structures. It is the relative dynamical changes between proteins, and lipid compartments that drive physiological signaling and cellular pathologies. Thus, for example the temporal resolution and quantification of interacting proteins during loss of cellular compartments is critical to our understanding of neurodegeneration.
