Abstract
The job of an executive has become more intense over the last decade. The global economic thrust of many businesses has increased the amount of travel required by the CEOs to develop and maintain an international presence for their companies. The executives who maintain optimum fitness levels gain maximum effectiveness and efficiency and prove beneficial to the organizations that depend on their leadership and other talents.
