Abstract
The various ways by which interviewee maximize his or her chances of getting the job are discussed. The general guidelines like bring an updated copy of your resume, arrive on time, dress appropriately are discussed. With experience, interviews become less of a chore and more of an opportunity to interact with people and to gain knowledge about other fields or companies.
