Volume holographic profilometry surface reconstruction with the Viterbi algorithm

Abstract

We describe image blur in volume holographic profilometry as inter-symbol interference and appl y the Viterbi algorithm to clean up the image and reconstruct the surface with high accuracy. We also demonstrate the use of surface constraints to reduce computational complexity.
